Project Summary
This Cambria project was completed for a returning client nearly 10 years after we added 1,600-square-feet to the existing home now totaling 3,300-square-feet. Phase Two included a new 2,000-square-foot, two-story pull-through garage with direct access to both the main level and basement.
The project also included retaining walls to build up the surrounding grade and a custom steel pulley system, making it easier to move equipment and storage to the second floor.
